We recommend always calling ahead for an appointment time rather than just "dropping by" to ensure someone is here to assist you - majority of our business is on-site service which requires most of our time spent away from the office!

GENERAL INFORMATION
- All new systems have a 1-Year parts & labour warranty. This warranty does not cover: misuse, abuse, software or damage caused by any virus.
- All warranty services completed by JLH Computing will be completed on JLH Computing premises
- All items being returned for replacement must be in original OEM packaging. Please keep all your packaging in a safe place in case of future repairs or replacement.
- All sales are final. Defective parts will be replaced not refunded.
